What is IWAT School Solutions?

IWAT School Solutions is a school management system and learning platform made in Kampala by Iwat Digital Solutions. It brings admissions, attendance, marks and report cards, fees with mobile money, accounts and payroll, parent messages, online learning and exams, and school websites into one system.

Which schools is it for?

Nursery, primary and secondary schools, colleges and school groups. It was built around the Ugandan curriculum and UNEB and CBC grading, and is used with other currencies and grading scales across Africa and beyond.

How much does it cost?

From UGX 350,000 a term for up to 300 learners, with no set-up fee. Schools outside Uganda pay from USD 120 a term. The directory page is free, and school websites are UGX 250,000 a term.

Do we need computers or a server?

No. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, installs on the home screen like an app, and we host, update and back it up.
